DIGITAL MEDIA PRODUCER - CLIENT SERVICES

Phase New Media is seeking an organised, savvy, well-presented, client-friendly Digital Media Producer - Client Services for our Brisbane office located in St Lucia.

You are creative, energetic, organised and detail oriented.

You will be responsible for a variety of office related tasks, maintaining corporate websites, assist with online marketing activities and creating online materials including banners, email marketing campaigns and landing pages.

Your Role?

- Maintain product information on corporate websites
- Developing landing pages and creative elements
- Assist with coordination of digital marketing campaigns
- Work with project allocated budgets
- Deliver remarkable client service
- Building effective stakeholder relationships
- Deliver on deadlines and achieve best outcomes

Experience?

- Sound working knowledge of Adobe CS, HTML page development and creating and editing graphics
- Understanding of online marketing, usability and web design principles
- Office and customer service experience
- Good organisation and self management combined with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
